The Vacation Bible School Closing Program will take place at 5:00 pm
on Sunday, July 25, 2010. We had a "Galactic Blast" learning about God
during our trip around the cosmos. Tonight's closing will immediately be
followed by a Cookout and Praise Service. We will eat together and sing
Praise Songs in the AIR CONDITIONED Fellowship Hall. Come join us
for a fun-filled celebration of a wonderful week.

It wasn't in the script, but during one of the Bible Dramas this week in
Bible School, Storyteller Captain Don was portraying Jesus and an
amazing thing happened. Suddenly, without any prompting, a group
of children went up and gave "Jesus" a big group hug. It was one of
many powerful moments this week in Vacation Bible School. |

We welcome our new Pastor, Rev. Dr. Steve Rettenmayer for the Dundalk-Graceland Cooperative Parish. We are looking forward to worshipping and serving with Pastor Steve as we embark on a new journey with the members of Dundalk United Methodist Church. We also wish Pastor Mike Sharp the best success in his new appointment. He will always be a member of our family and we will pray for him as he takes his ministry to a new location. |
